Consider connecting with the Church of the Brethren, which has, for 25 years, trained volunteers to staff Disaster Child Care set up to assist families who have been directly affected by disasters in the United States.

Disaster Child Care trains, certifies, and mobilizes volunteers to disaster sites in the United States to provide crisis intervention to young children of families suffering from natural or man-made disasters.
